Writer's relief provides you service of helping your work published. They give you tips and tutorials for brushing up your writing skills .They are not themselves the publisher but they have a large database of journals and publishers to help you recognize your work. You will have to submit your work and then they will review it and if there are any shortcomings they will ask you to correct it. If they like your work, they will ask you to become their client for which they will charge few bucks.
